Questions or Concerns about your Property Taxes?

By Al Cavasin / February 23, 2021 /

We encourage all residents with questions or concerns about their assessment, taxable values or property taxes in general to join us for the Concord Township Board of Review meetings (2) which meet in March.   This year, by order of the Governor, we are REQUIRED to conduct these meetings virtually (i.e.: over the computer) and in order to participate you will need to contact us at the office and set up an appointment.  You may join the meeting without an appointment, but you may be required to wait for those ahead of you who have an appointment – that choice is yours.

Just click on the attachment and follow the enclosed links to join the meeting of your choice.  We’ll see you there!

Cemetery Dillema

By Al Cavasin / March 17, 2017 /

“Cemeteries are for the living, not for the dead.” I can’t remember who said that, but I feel pretty sure he wasn’t a Township Supervisor responsible for maintaining one.  Whether I like it or not, I, unfortunately, am. So we’re going to talk about cemeteries today, specifically, Maple Grove Cemetery; AKA Concord’s insatiable resource gobbler.…

By Al Cavasin / February 13, 2017 /

And NOW for Something COMPLETELY Different! Happy Sunday, Concord! Let’s talk as little bit about PERMITS, shall we?
