WELCOME! Cindy Sue Franssen!!!

It gives me great pleasure to welcome Mrs. Cindy Sue Franssen to our Planning Committee.  She was recruited to fill the seat left vacant when our previous Chairperson resigned in December, 2018 as his term concluded.  Cindy, born in West Virginia, is a long time resident of Concord Village along with her husband, “Chip,” their two boys and their dog.  Both she and her husband are retired Marines (you can never be an “ex” Marine…) and true to their tradition of service, she has volunteered to serve her community in this capacity yet again.  If you’ve lived here for any period of time, and you can’t quite place Cindy… her and her husband are the people who have the extraordinary Christmas display with all the inflatables and the expansive light display in the Village.  It is one of the most impressive displays in our community!  Obviously, they take pride in their property and their neighborhood; and people like her make me proud to be a part of this community!

So Thank you for your service, Mrs. Franssen, past, present and continued!  And welcome to the Planning Committee!
